Sunset Islands

Situated between Sunset Harbor and the Julia Tuttle Causeway, the Sunset Islands are a hyper-luxury, private group of four artificial islands just off the coast of Miami Beach. The islands were developed in the 1920s by former Paramount Pictures president S.A. Lynch, and were subsequently named Sunset Island I, II, III, and IV, and are connected to Miami Beach through a bridge, to provide extra security, privacy, and exclusivity to the residents of the islands. Adding to this, access to the islands is gated and guarded at all times by specially appointed security guards.

As it’s easy to imagine, owning a property on one of these islands is an incredibly coveted goal for many wealthy Americans (and foreigners), who are attracted to the islands’ unique, stunning views on Biscayne Bay, their picture-perfect oceanfront mansions, and their tropical, luscious landscapes. People who have the privilege and luxury to be able to enter this exotic paradise will be welcomed by its fabulous restaurants, boutiques, and sandy beaches, while being able to enjoy complete privacy, comfort, and security.
