Ridgedale Park

Ridgedale Park is another Buckhead community that is bordered by Roxboro Road on the southeastern edge and Peachtree Road to the north, with Eulalia Road cutting through its center. Only a half dozen streets wind through the area and its 100 or so homes. Its residents feel insulated from the high-rise office buildings and retail establishments on its perimeter.

Since it was first established in the 1920s, Ridgedale Park has maintained a peaceful ambiance with a variety of architectural styles. Tudor revival, Georgian, French, English, and cottage style homes are available. A number of gated townhouse and condo communities, such as Townsend at Lenox Park, Breckinridge Station, and Clayburne Place, are also popular. Homes and condos start at around $250,000, a nice entry point for the Buckhead region.

No matter what your fancy, Ridgefield Park has different eateries. Nova Sushi Bar & Asian Bistro is a casual outpost for cooked Japanese and Asian dishes. Residents rave about the creative sushi rolls and sashimi. Looking for a romantic night out? Try the F & B French restaurant, a lovely bistro serving gourmet French fare and fine wines in a dimly lit relaxed setting. Having friends over for a barbeque? Visit Butter Knife Shawty BBQ ahead of time for its mouth-watering Georgia Boy rubs, seasonings, and sauces. Families especially enjoy the peach barbecue sauce and the chipotle hot sauce.
