Matthew built a great admiration for beautiful properties and classic design at a young age, having grown up among the historical estates of Cape Cod and West Palm Beach. He continued to pursue his passion for real estate while attending Emory University’s renowned Goizueta Business School, focusing his studies on Real Estate Law and Investment.
In 2013, Matthew joined Douglas Elliman where he closed $15M in Sales in his first year. Recent deals include the largest Penthouse at 71 Reade Street and one of the most expensive 2 Bedroom apartments ever sold at the ultra-exclusive Greenwich Lane which he sold after just one week on the market.
Matthew is known for his hard work, sharp instincts, and his dedication to making each deal a positive experience for his buyers and sellers. He remains informed and ahead of the transaction to ensure a smooth process. Matthew enjoys working with his list of long-term clientele, referrals, or new customers that he meets at one of his Open Houses or showings. He offers insider details and knowledge of some of the city’s most exclusive buildings in Tribeca, West Village, and SoHo.
Outside of Manhattan, Matthew enjoys spending time skiing Lake Tahoe, sailing off the coast of New England with family, and hiking with his partner Justin and their dog Hudson around their weekend home in Connecticut.
