Shane Crowley is a true Washingtonian whose family has deep roots in the local community. His entrepreneurial spirit stems from both his father, and his father-in-law, who owns a local flooring business. Shane was inspired to enter the real estate industry in 2013 when starting his own company, Broad Branch Development with his long-time best friend from Georgetown Day School. Their company focuses on luxury residential single family and multi-family development. Shane joined TTR Sotheby’s International Realty to align himself with a global brand to provide the exposure and network essential to sell his projects and assist his residential clients. Shane offers his clients a unique level of expertise in this highly competitive market – skills from his legal and development background, along with his deep network in the construction community offer his clients an unparalleled set of skills. He has recently launched a development consulting business focusing on high-end single family and multi family renovations and conversions.
