He has garnered impressive awards in the Top 1% of a major nationwide brokerage network, ranked as Manhattan's Top Broker in 2015-2022, and most notably, brokered the fully-furnished model residence at the luxurious ONE57, with interiors by renowned designer Jamie Drake. Tom was recently ranked #18 in sales volume of agents company-wide and the top 3% of agents Nationwide at the 2022 Ellie Awards.

Since joining Douglas Elliman, Tom has felt tremendous support that optimizes service to his clients and has furthered his professional goals of expanding in new development. He specializes in residential real estate sales and purchases of all property types throughout Manhattan, particularly the downtown area.
This New Jersey native has proudly called New York home since 1979. His strong connection to the city he loves, intuitive passion for searching out dream homes, and expert marketing and negotiating skills have proven invaluable for his clients. Prior to real estate, Tom rose to the top of the dance world, dancing with American Ballet Theatre under the directorship of Mikhail Baryshnikov for a decade, followed by 15 years on Broadway plus numerous television appearances. He remains active in the arts and dedicated to helping others.
While involved with the NYC Department of Youth and Community Development, Tom co-wrote Piece By Piece, a performance and workshop series exploring the complexity of issues in our city's youth, empowering students to forge ahead in pursuit of their schooling, career goals, and responsibilities in the communities in which they live.
