Subsequently in charge of Business Development and Acquisitions at Prudential Douglas Elliman, Joe grew the company successfully throughout the region. His team has won consistent professional accolades, scoring as high as the 2nd ranked team for closed sales and also ranked # 5 in volume by team in 2021.
