John also adeptly advises buyers and sellers on a property's value and on current market pricing. His studies in Economics at UCONN and experience in commercial real estate law afford him important insight on other aspects of real estate including the financial/legal aspects as well as transaction details.
Prior to teaming with his cousin John Credaroli at Douglas Elliman, John worked at Thor Equities in New York. His philosophy has always been to truly get to know his clients on a personal level in order to confidently guide them toward finding a home and help them make one of life's most important investment decisions. His expertise in New York City history and architecture lends unique insight and enhances the process. John also consistently makes himself available to his clients around the clock.
Originally from Greenwich, Connecticut, John grew up watching his family flip homes which peaked his interest in a real estate career very early on. He is very familiar with Manhattan and is most knowledgeable of the Upper East Side. John's interest in the history of New York makes his understanding and knowledge of 19th-century homes and prewar cooperatives particularly strong.
