This industry veteran began her career in 1995 as a salesperson. She became an associate broker only two years later, and from 2002 to 2015, served as a principal broker and co-owner/manager of a boutique real estate company.
Eva came to Douglas Elliman after developing a deep understanding of the co-op and condo markets. She specializes in properties on the Upper West Side of Manhattan, where, for several years, she served as an in-house sales agent for an owner. During that time, she managed the conversion of four of his buildings.
Eva finds particular pleasure in helping first-time buyers realize their real estate dreams. All of Eva's clients receive not only time and attention but also the custom care each one deserves.
Born and educated in Poland, Eva has lived in the United States since 1990. She moved to Forest Hills, NY in 1996 where she has resided ever since with her husband and two children.
Back at home after work, Eva kicks back with reading and playing bridge. She also jogs, plays tennis, and more than enjoys the occasional roller coaster ride.
