Originally from Russia, Sasha and her parents immigrated to Toronto, Canada when she was 15 in search of a better life and new opportunities. After graduating college with a degree in Marketing, Sasha spent 8 years working in a corporate world specializing in commercial real estate insurance. When she used her hard-earned savings to buy her first property at 26, Sasha experienced first-hand how real estate investing can catapult you financially and help create a generational wealth. That's when she realized that she found her calling. When Sasha relocated to Austin in 2015, she immediately fell in love with the city's vibrant culture and its abundant energy and knew right away that it would be a perfect place to start her career in residential real estate.
Sasha has incredibly high standards when it comes to the level of service she strives to deliver to her clients. Her corporate career in Toronto (working for one of the world's largest insurance consulting companies) has taught her to always aim to exceed clients expectations before, during and post transaction, no matter how big or small. Both of her parents have also instilled in her from a very young age that hard work, grit and determination are meant to bring exceptional results. Sasha takes this philosophy to every client she works for. Whether she is helping first-time or seasoned buyers, she holds their hand through the entire process and consistently stays in touch after closing to make sure they're satisfied. She's constantly learning and perfecting her craft by streamlining her business processes and systems to deliver that "Ritz Carlton" level of excellence each and every time. This has helped her business to become almost exclusively referral-based.
Sasha is a member of Austin Luxury Network (a platform for searching exclusive off-market luxury properties 1M+) and Austin Board of Realtors. Her designations include Accredited Buyer's Specialist, Seller Representative Specialist and New Home Construction. Sasha's network goes way beyond Austin - she has helped successfully relocate a vast number of clients to and from Texas by creating partnerships with like-minded, client-focused agents throughout US and internationally.
Sasha resides in a town of Dripping Springs, which is 25 minutes west of Austin, with her husband and two daughters. She practices what she preaches and her family now own a growing portfolio of residential investment properties in South Austin and surrounding areas and she is always happy to share her knowledge with others.
Sasha generously contributes to Austin housing initiatives such as Habitat for Humanity, Foundation Communities, SAFE and Community First! Village. She's passionate about supporting Colon Cancer Foundation and Research, Foster Village and Dripping Springs Helping Hands Food Bank. She's an active member of Dripping Springs Elementary PTA, Friends of DSISD and she always invests her personal time and effort to help hard-working, under-paid teachers in her community and beyond. She's an avid supporter of small local businesses and consistently hosts shopping events to bring a community together while highlighting others businesses and services in her town of Dripping Springs.
