David's roots in the Flathead Valley run deep. Raised in Polson, on the southern end of Flathead Lake, David began skiing Big Mountain in the early 1960s, one of many passions he has pursued in a lifetime spent outdoors. Whether it's hiking in the back-country, bicycling, or canoeing the awesome rivers of northwest Montana, David lives for anything that keeps him outside, in the mountains, and on the water. David spent his years post-high school pursuing a career in general aviation, flying all over the American West, before continuing his education at the University of New Mexico. After completing a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering, David began an engineering career in Silicon Valley. But the grind of corporate life, and the wear of a daily commute, eventually began to take their toll. In 2003, the beauty and allure of the Flathead's pace of life finally won out, and David and his wife decided to return, moving back to Montana for good. David is now dedicated to real estate sales, specializing in large parcels, recreational properties, and commercial possibilities. He especially enjoys walking the grounds of a property, exploring and mapping out it's potential. And his greatest satisfaction is assisting others in finding a piece of northwest Montana to call their own.
