David is with Douglas Elliman for 24 years, several were spent on one of Douglas Elliman's top teams. David is meticulous, with an exceptional facility for detail, has an encyclopedic knowledge of the New York condominium market, as well as the ‘ins and outs' of the co-op board process. That ability is so needed in real estate, which is often very complex, where even a straightforward transaction involves many steps. Consistently ranked as one of Douglas Elliman's top producers, David has received many of the firm's top honors. Sports are another of David's passions, and he feels this helps translate his competitive edge, drive and determination in Real Estate. He is also well respected by his peers and even mentor's fellow associates, sharing his insight and guiding them through the many obstacles in order to help close a deal.
David is a graduate of the University of Maryland at College Park. Married with a 22-year-old daughter who is a graduate of Cornell University and currently works in Investment Banking with JP Morgan. David and his family reside on the Upper East Side of Manhattan.
