An Atlanta resident for over 40 years, Sandra worked in high-level administration for Georgia State University and project management/client management at a tech company before transitioning to real estate. She became licensed in the course of helping form the Chattahoochee Hill Country Alliance, a nonprofit dedicated to preserving the largest amount of green space remaining in Metro Atlanta and helped to create Serenbe, a sustainable development and wellness community that unites people to nature. A resident of the community for 16 years, as well as the former broker for Serenbe Real Estate, she remains dedicated to sustainable development and the preservation of green space in Atlanta.
The founder of The Storrar Group with a collaborative leadership style, Sandra possesses a comprehensive area network along with extensive market insight, particularly of Atlanta’s southern crescent, covering South Fulton, Coweta and Fayette Counties. Experienced in both new home construction and resales, Sandra serves a variety of client needs, from first-time homebuyers and relocation clients to second-home investors. Treating client connections as lifelong relationships, she and her team act as trusted advisors, providing continued support and resources beyond the transaction. Clients appreciate her knowledgeable and patient support, listening skills and attention to detail.
A focused negotiator and masterful communicator, Sandra enjoys harmonizing interests and using a creative approach to find a solution that fits. Sensitive to each client's unique situation, she listens intently and draws upon her years of experience to suggest possible options. Currently a resident of Northern Coweta County (Arbor Springs), she enjoys the area’s community as well as its combination of urban convenience (easy airport access, high-level medical and educational services and more) and rural beauty. Actively involved in her community, she serves on the Dance Council of The Art Farm at Serenbe.
