Jamie Safier grew up in a small suburb outside of Baltimore, MD. A life-long athlete, he was recruited to play baseball at The University Of South Florida, from which he attended from 1996-2000. Following college, he began his Real Estate journey in Miami and was personally Recruited by the Power house duo "The Jills" of Coldwell Banker in 2001. Only a short time after, he became a partner in purchasing two waterfront homes on Sunset Island 3. Though he always had an eye and love for real estate since he was a child, it was at that moment he knew it was a true calling, and began purchasing homes in 1800 Sunset Harbor Drive as well as two units in Eichner's Continuum.
In January of 2004, Jamie relocated to NYC, earning his real estate license in New York and New Jersey and establishing his first NYC office in The Olympic Tower at 645 5th Avenue. It was also at this time that he invested and brokered his first building project 1800 Park Avenue LLC to Vornado Realty Trust.
In 2013, Jamie made the switch back to residential real estate and moved to Douglas Elliman when he hit his first milestone. Not only did he list The Sherry Netherland 18th floor for 95MM, but also recorded a shattering Price per Square foot at Related's 25 Columbus Circle and the Highest price ever in 150 Columbus Avenue.
His White glove service and knowledge of the Real Estate market provides his clients with the most Relevant Up to date research; therefore he provides cutting edge advice.
Jamie is extremely philanthropic and takes pride being a supporter of the American Red Cross, March of Dimes, Autism Speaks, Holes for Hope, The UJA, and Robin Hood, and Smiles Through Cars
