Scarlett is a seasoned real estate advisor and new development specialist. She has experience advising clients regarding residential, commercial, and new development opportunities. Throughout her career, she has closed $345 million in resale and new development across New York City. Her background in real estate development and valuation gives her clients assurance and comfort that she is knowledgeable and skilled at delivering value for her clients. Scarlett's clients appreciate her analytical prowess, exceptional transparency, integrity, and remarkable communication skills.
Scarlett was born and raised on Long Island, New York, and was drawn to New York City after attending Lehigh University, where she received a B.S. in Accounting and Real Estate. After college, she received an M.S. in Real Estate at New York University. For the last 6 years, she has lived on the east side of Manhattan, in Midtown East, and on the Upper East Side. She now shares a home with her fiancé in Manhattan and spends time in the Hamptons with her family in the summer.
Outside of real estate, her interests include interior decorating, home renovations, traveling, and playing sports. She was a Division 1 Lacrosse player at Lehigh and has since taken up running and has recently completed the Hamptons, the United, and the Brooklyn Half Marathons. She plans on running the NYC Marathon with her fiancé someday.
