Morningside Lenox Park

While these two neighborhoods are closely tied together, there’s no differences between the superb quality of life that both offer their residents. Morningside/Lenox Park is one of the most expensive affluent neighborhoods in Atlanta. What began in 1923 with eight homes developed to be a “new kind of suburb” where residents could travel by car or streetcar to work, has evolved to be more than 8,000 residents enjoying outdoor recreation, entertainment, and dining within walking distance. It’s located west of Druid Hills, east of Ansley Park, and north of Virginia-Highland.

It's a well-educated population with nearly half with a Master’s degree owning beautiful and historic homes still with a short commute time to Atlanta. Two nearby MARTA stations are available: Lindbergh Center and Arts Center for quick commutes.

Take a walk along the trails of the Morningside Nature Preserve and its suspension bridge that crosses the South Fork Peachtree Creek. Residents come by the Morningside Community Gardens to grow their own vegetables, supply mulch and other equipment, and get to know each other. Looking for a delicious breakfast treat? Try Alon’s Bakery, a 30-year-old European-style eatery that offers pies, breads, pastries, and olive oil to its patrons. Or join your neighbors at the Original El Taco, one of the most popular and highly-rate Tex-Mex restaurants.
