Hills Park

Hills Park is a small, yet noteworthy Atlanta neighborhood located in a region known as the Upper Westside. Its 800 residents in just 334 households are enjoying rapid gentrification and impressive growth as well as seeing their median home values nearly double between 2011 and 2020. But its quiet tranquil atmosphere has been retained due to the minimal thru traffic and disruption to the neighborhood.

The Hills Park neighborhood is made up of mostly single-family residences, from small ranches to new contemporary homes. The major architectural style is Craftsman. Builders have taken notice of Hills Park and adding many new residential projects. Within Hills Park is Dupont Commons, a large subdivision development with more than 100 single-family homes and townhomes. It has its own private parks, clubhouse, and other amenities.

Commercial businesses and industrial activity such as warehouses, supply stores, and distribution centers are located along Marietta Boulevard NW. If you want to stay within the neighborhood for a bite to eat, try Olympic Flame, a quick serve restaurant with burgers, wraps, gyros, and breakfast items. If you are seeking some fresh home-made bread, try H&F Bread Co.

One of its most compelling reasons to live in Hills Park is its proximity. Downtown and Midtown are 15 minutes away while Buckhead is 25 minutes. Residents are eagerly looking forward to the opening of The Works, a mixed-use development near Hills Park of over 200,000 sq ft of retail, 600,000 sq ft of office space, 500 residences, 200 hotel rooms, and over 13 acres of green space.
