With over 21 years of experience in residential sales in Manhattan and Brooklyn, Steve has sold properties ranging from first time purchases to some of New York's most iconic Townhouses and Loft apartments. Buyers and Sellers both are drawn to Steve because of his super knowledge, and his gentle manner. He shows a great understanding of how daunting this process can be.
After receiving a bachelor in science of speech degree from Northwestern University, Steve worked as an actor. His love of the arts has been a central aspect of how he has successfully created lasting relationships with customers from all backgrounds, and with a particular appreciation for those who share his dedication to the arts.
Steve has worked with Jan Hashey for over 18 years, and he is now proudly teamed as well with Abigail Agranat.
