Erik is an integral and one of the most senior partners of the Noble Black & Partners, a private office within Douglas Elliman, where he has worked along side Noble for over 16 years and is held in high regard within the brokerage community where he has worked for over 19 years.
Not only is he business savvy, but he injects a genuine element into his work, developing solid relationships with clients and customers. Having sold dozens of apartments at the Parc Vendome, Stella Tower and 250 Mercer, Erik has earned his sterling reputation as a qualified expert for these and many other buildings. As a resident and owner at the Parc Vendome, Erik has completed over 100 transaction in the building and has an encyclopedia knowledge of the intricacies of the building and often referred to as the "go to" broker within the brokerage community for the Parc Vendome.

Originally from Pensacola Florida, Erik currently lives in Midtown, and has called Manhattan home for 19 years. Since going to school in Oregon and swimming on a competitive level, Erik has a love for water and is a certified scuba diver. He spends his free time running, traveling or enjoying the world under sea level.
