Having built a successful career in luxury hospitality sales and event management, Leslie found herself at a crossroads during the pandemic. While it was a challenging time, she saw it as an opportunity to pursue a longtime passion: real estate. After getting her license in August 2020, she became Director of Operations at the Rob and Brent group. Today, she’s recognized as a rising real estate star by DC Metro Real Producers magazine. Leslie’s passion for service, combined with her experience building personal connections and managing real estate operations, makes her uniquely qualified to guide clients whether they’re buying their first home, expanding their family or looking to downsize after retirement. “I love being able to help them through this monumental time in their lives,” she says. “This is a super personal decision, and they need to trust you.” As a volunteer with Girls on the Run DC, Leslie is used to adapting to whatever comes her way. “Working with younger girls, they have a lot of questions. You have to be quick on your feet.” Leslie’s dedication to her work extends beyond the transaction of buying or selling a home. Her experience as Director of Operations means she’s exceptional at preparing homes for the market, coordinating everything from staging to photography. She uses her large social media presence as a marketing tool, providing instant global exposure for clients’ homes. She also continues to be a valuable resource even after contracts are signed; clients often ask her to recommend an area doctor or dry cleaner. “You become a member of their family during this time.” Leslie graduated from Boston University with a B.A. in hospitality administration. A Toledo, Ohio native, she has called DC home for more than 9 years. Her Bloomingdale neighborhood, where she’s on the board for The Park at LeDroit, is among her specialties.
