Midtown Miami

Midtown Miami sits at the intersection of Wynwood, Edgewater and the Miami Design District, slightly north of downtown. Due to the proximity of its artsy neighbors, Midtown is home to the Art Miami art fair, which takes place during Miami's Art Basel week.

The area hosts the Shops at Midtown, an outdoor shopping area designed to mimic New York's SOHO neighborhood, as well as many national and local stores, including Dick’s Sporting Goods, West Elm, Marshalls, Target and Foot Locker. Area restaurants include Sugarcane, Five Guys Burgers & Fries, Riviera Focacceria, Giraffas Brazilian Grill and Ayesha.

Midtown has an abundance of upscale apartments and convenient access to all that the greater metropolitan area has to offer. Art lovers can explore the nearby Wynwood Walls, a series of colorful, outdoor murals, or stop by the Institute of Contemporary Art in the Design District.

Nature lovers can take a seaside stroll at Stearns Park, Martell Park or venture down to Margaret Pace Park. For those wanting to perfect their golden Miami tan, it’s just short trip over to Miami Beach. To top it all off, locals can spend the evening dancing the night away downtown.
