Located in East Dallas, Glencoe Park is just east of 75 Central Expressway and south of Mockingbird Lane.
Glencoe Park is also north of the M Streets, making this neighborhood ideal for commuting. It’s a short walk to the Mockingbird Station, Katy Trail and DART. Residents also have easy access to the vibrant Lower Greenville. Glencoe Park is also home to the Mockingbird Pedestrian Bridge, which connects the Ridgewood Trail and Katy Trail, allowing bikers, runners and even brisk walkers a path from Victory Plaza to White Rock Lake. And just as one would expect, the neighborhood is also home to its own gorgeous Glencoe Park, a 14.1 acre of green space, softball fields and tennis courts.
Historically, Glencoe Park architecture consisted of stately duplexes. However, urban redevelopment has replaced many older homes with new construction, including the 5300 Project, which features 68 single-family homes.
