Raised in Dublin, Georgia, Jasha played baseball and studied sports business at the University of Georgia and was drafted by the Chicago Cubs in 2003. After a successful career in professional baseball, he worked for Merrill Lynch as a financial advisor (holding Series 7 and Series 66 securities licenses), developing skills in planning, selling, problem-solving and finance. In 2008, he opened Hittersbox Baseball Academy, a highly successful batting facility in Duluth, where his personal clients included Baltimore Orioles All-Star Cedric Mullins and Brandon Marsh of the Philadelphia Phillies. The CEO of Hittersbox for 7 years, Jasha also acted on behalf of clients as a baseball agent and scout before transitioning into real estate.
An intuitive entrepreneur, mentor and facilitator, he loves working with people and enjoys the way real estate allows him to apply his multi-faceted expertise to deliver tangible results for buyers and sellers, particularly with new construction and relocation needs. His clients know they can trust him with their big decisions and appreciate the high-value, high-touch resources he provides, both domestically and internationally. His network and knowledge extend worldwide, having lived in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, as well as Playa del Carmen, Mexico (where he managed a portfolio of short-term vacation rental properties). A savvy digital marketer, he understands how to position a property to sell.
A resident of Atlanta for 18 years, Jasha offers an in-depth understanding of Georgia real estate and particularly enjoys working with clients in the Buckhead, Sandy Springs, Roswell and Brookhaven markets. A supporter of sport-based youth development, he is actively involved with L.E.A.D. Center For Youth. From the Atlanta BeltLine to the Atlanta Braves, he appreciates the city for its diversity, culture and sports and is excited to see the revitalization of neighborhoods like West Midtown. A few fun facts about Jasha: he speaks fluent Portuguese and appeared in the movie “42” as Chadwick Boseman’s stunt double, as well as The Oprah Winfrey Network show “Put A Ring On It.”
