Phil Kazmierczak is the Chief Operating Officer and President of Property Management at Atlantic Sotheby’s International Realty, one of Hampton Roads’ top real estate and property management companies. With a decade of experience, Phil is known for delivering exceptional client experiences, driving operational excellence, and setting new standards for property management in the region.
A recognized leader in his field, Phil was named the Hampton Roads REALTORS® Association 2024 Property Manager of the Year and has served the Association in multiple leadership capacities, including Treasurer and President-Elect. He will become President of the Association in 2026. Under his direction, Atlantic Sotheby’s property management division has grown into a trusted partner for homeowners, investors, and military families relocating across the country — supported by innovative solutions like virtual tours to meet the needs of today’s remote renters.
Phil’s approach combines professionalism, positivity, and a relentless commitment to growth and integrity. He is passionate about empowering his teams, strengthening industry standards, and delivering results that benefit both clients and the broader community. Phil also volunteers instructing residents of housing support organizations on tenant related issues to help empower and educate them to secure long term housing.
When he’s not leading operational strategy or mentoring the next generation of real estate professionals, Phil enjoys traveling, politics, and spending time with his dog, Cooper.
