Upon starting as a real estate agent, Ting rapidly built an impressive track record. This success was greeted by being awarded Brown Harris Stevens Rookie of the Year in her first year at the firm. Building on her track record and exceptional ability to connect to both investors and end-users, she has been selected by developers and our sister company Halstead to market luxury condo developments. Her work on new developments led Ting to receive Halsteads Rising Start in New Development recognition in 2018. She attributes much of her success to her extensive knowledge of the New York real estate and hard work, and she is committed to treating all clients like her family, with honesty, support and integrity. Clients value Ting for her straight forward personality, her creativity, and the fact that she always puts the interests of her clients first. In addition to her outstanding results, Ting has earned a very positive reputation within the real estate industry. She is an active member of the REBNY Brooklyn Residential Committee, and she is very involved in various real estate education events. Ting has a special expertise in new developments and luxury condominiums in Manhattan, Brooklyn and West Queens. A fluent Mandarin speaker, she is highly experienced in transactions that involve international clients, particularly from Asia. Before joining Brown Harris Stevens, Ting spent a decade at JPMorgans Investment Bank working in residential and commercial mortgage securitization and risk management. She holds a BA from NCKU in Taiwan and a MBA from Southern Methodist University. She has been a Manhattan and Brooklyn resident for over 20 years. She currently lives in Boerum Hill with her husband and 2 children who attend Basis Independent Brooklyn school.
