Originally from the Bronx, Eric still resides uptown with his family. He has a vast knowledge of the city and the rules and regulations of new developments. His certificate in Advanced Building Systems and Property Management awarded by Housing & Preservation Development and other certifications fuel his advanced knowledge. Eric also has served as a consultant to landlords with whom he maintains solid relationships. Initially a student of Marketing and Advertising at Rockland Community College, Eric later attended the Institute of Audio Research and became a recording engineer for major hip hop artists and publishing labels. Prior to that he was a cell phone technician for Verizon Wireless where he learned and foresaw the advancements in cell phone technology that would one day become the premium tools for modern marketing.
