From 2005-2007, Marlene was part of the distinguished sales team for Zeckendorf Marketing at 15 Central Park West, the most successful new condominium in the world. Developed by William Zeckendorf and Arthur Zeckendorf, the on-site sales team achieved a $2 billion sellout in less than one year with record breaking sales. Prior to 15 Central Park West, Marlene worked for The Sunshine Group, where she honed her marketing and selling skills in other Manhattan luxury buildings such as, Time Warner, Trump International and The Park Laurel. As a former actress/dancer, Marlene is a passionate supporter of the arts. In her spare time, she enjoys the theater, ballet, skiing, travel and museums. She divides her time between NYC and Connecticut where she has made a home for her children.
