Felise Gross joined Brown Harris Stevens in September of 2003 and has consistently been recognized and ranked amongst the top producing brokers in the firm. She has represented buyers and sellers of luxury co-operative and condominium apartments as well as high end townhouses on the Upper East Side, Upper West Side and downtown, including sales at record prices. Her achievements have been recognized with several awards; in 2011, The Deal of The Year Award from The Real Estate Board of New York, in 2009 she received the Brown Harris Stevens award for The Biggest Rental Deal of the Year and in 2008 the Brown Harris Stevens Biggest New Development Deal of the Year award. Felises results-oriented reputation is a result of her roster of closed sales, hard work and keen negotiation skills. Her customers will attest to a strong knowledge of the real estate market, responsiveness to their needs, attention to detail, sound judgement, tenacity and effective, individual service. Her knowledge and experience spans the entire city. She and her husband raised their six children in Manhattan. In addition her husband Hilly was born and raised on the Upper West Side. The familys history in Manhattan dates back to the early 1880s. Over the years through family and friends Felise has been acquainted and familiar with many of the most prominent properties throughout the city. This first-hand knowledge has been a great asset in guiding her clients through their buying and/or selling experience.
