As an immigrant from Trinidad, Asha knows the true meaning of obtaining the American Dream. Working as an administrator at the Brooklyn Public Library and founder of her non-profit Act-of Random Kindness as well as her company Project Binders LLC, patrons always approach her to as ask about housing education. She soon fell in love with helping others to get into their own homes. She has also worked in charitable efforts helping those in need by providing food, clothing and education. This volunteer work has reached countries such as Pakistan, Trinidad, Guyana, Grenada as well as here in the US.
Supported by her team at Douglas Elliman Knight Frank along with mortgage bankers, attorneys, title insurers, inspectors and other top professionals, she is able to streamline intricate deals.
Her favorite past time activity is spending time with her kids Sarah and Jerren. Her son who is also in business and finance likes ways to make money and Sarah likes talking about ways to spend money!
