Jonathan has a strong understanding of the real estate process from his 25 years as President and Board Treasurer of a large eastside Manhattan Co-op. He is a lifetime New Yorker who brought up his family in Manhattan, providing him a very good sense of the varied neighborhoods and their offerings. Before real estate, Jonathan spent a number of years as an IT Executive Director at a Wall Street Investment bank, managing budgets of over $300M and large complex programs. His strong financial acumen, project management skills and collaborative work style will help ensure that he pays close attention to detail, with a hands-on easy-going approach in leading you successfully through the entire process.
Jonathan is a marathoner, musician, dog lover and terrace gardener.
