Currently Director of Sales for JDS Developments, Property Markets Group and Spruce Capital Partners' iconic 111 West 57th Street, Amy was previously a Senior Sales Associate at Extell Development's ONE57, Director of Sales at Stillman Development International's Centurion Condominium, and Vice-President of Sales for Prodigy International, where she oversaw global sales and marketing for multiple New York developments with record-breaking results. During the course of her career, she has traveled extensively throughout Asia, Europe and the Middle East to secure sales in markets including Hong Kong, Shanghai, Singapore, Taipei, Tokyo, Abu Dhabi, Buenos Aires, Monaco and Paris; in London, she marketed Douglas Elliman's portfolio of world-class developments to Knight Frank's network of clients and agents around the globe.
Amy has provided commentary on international buyer trends to some of the most respected media outlets worldwide, including the Wall Street Journal, the Financial Times, the New York Times, Forbes, the South China Morning Post and La Nacion, as well as on TV Tokyo. A graduate of the London School of Economics, Amy has a degree in International Relations, holds a Masters in law from the London College of Law and qualified into the award-winning real estate team of one of London's top-ranking law firms in 2004. She has acquired a unique understanding of the economic and cultural dynamics that influence buyers' needs when it comes to their real estate investments.
