Following an illustrious, decade-long career on Wall Street with prestigious global investment banks and financial institutions including Jefferies Group, Houlihan Lokey, and GE Capital — where she successfully raised multiple billions of dollars of capital on behalf of her clients — Stephanie decided to pursue her life-long passion for real estate and became a founding member of a Pinnacle Award Winning Team at Douglas Elliman. Stephanie is also a highly experienced real estate investor, having learned real estate at an early age from her family of developers and investors. She has accumulated many personal investment and renovation success stories over the years in Manhattan, California, and across Asia. As a result, Stephanie’s clients benefit tremendously from her deep expertise in real estate investment analysis, project management, vendor sourcing, and negotiation skills.
Stephanie is a graduate of Boston College’s Carroll School of Management where she earned her Bachelor’s Degrees in Marketing and Accounting with a minor in Pre-Law as well as her Master’s Degree in Accounting. Stephanie is fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin).
While Stephanie has called many places home over the years, including many neighborhoods throughout Manhattan, Connecticut, California, and different parts of Asia — she has been a long-time resident on the Upper West Side of Manhattan with her loving husband and adorable son and daughter. Stephanie also has a philanthropic spirit, and she constantly seeks out opportunities to be involved with her community. When she’s not brokering deals, she is often found volunteering and supporting NYC schools, parks, and libraries focused on making an impact on the lives of young children through improved care, education, and fostering the love of learning.
