As the Project Manager for the Didier Team, Stephanie, a licensed salesperson, is responsible for managing multiple projects in a high-volume environment while simultaneously iterating on workflows to increase productivity and revenue while reducing costs.
In her position, Stephanie is responsible for providing strategic project management, marketing, and sales support to drive growth for an award-winning, top-ranked real estate sales and marketing staff of 6 selling up to $120M in residential real estate per year. Her enthusiasm coupled with her unique combination of charisma, work ethic and determination, make her an outstanding project manager. Stephanie's goal is to deliver marketing projects to the highest level of quality from initial scoping and development to delivery while focusing the team on business objectives and tracked their progress and performance to ensure project milestones were completed on time, on budget, and with exceptional results. Stephanie coins herself as both a people person and a perfectionist, which are ideal qualities for a project manager. She is also appreciated for her hard work ethic, creativity in solving problems, and attentiveness in making every detail is seamless.
Originally from Puerto Rico, Stephanie is bilingual in Spanish and English, and holds a BA degree in Marketing from the University of Puerto Rico. Her keen marketing mind and sales experience are valuable skills for this role. She knows how to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
