A long-time member of the top-producing Grace Chang Team, Scott sells in all areas of Manhattan and Long Island, and has diverse experience dealing with everything from condos and co-ops to townhouses, multi-unit buildings, and single-family homes. Scott is also well-versed in rentals of all types, and is an expert in pricing for landlords and identifying value for renters. He brings strong experience in property management to the table, as he continues to manage large portfolios for overseas and out-of-state clients.
