As a Brooklyn native and life-long resident, Marsha has personally witnessed the tremendous growth and exciting transition that has made the area one of the most sought-after destinations for homeowners and future homeowners in New York City. Marsha's 14 years of experience helping clients to successfully realize their real estate goals has given her extensive market knowledge in the areas of Crown Heights, Bedford Stuyvesant, Flatbush, Clinton Hill and Fort Greene. Marsha's level of expertise coupled with her commitment to fully understanding her clients' goals and providing them with an honest and informed experience from start to finish makes her a favorite with her clients. A clear example of Marsha's dedication to clients and impact in the industry was her listing and sale of the first home in Red Hook, Brooklyn for an unprecedented $1.06 Million in 2006 which set a benchmark in the Brooklyn market.

A graduate of Brooklyn College with a BA in Psychology, Marsha also holds a degree in Fashion Merchandising and Management from the Fashion Institute of Technology. Her longtime passion for interiors, architecture and beautiful old homes inspired her to make a career transition from the fashion industry to the fulfilling world of real estate. Tenacious and resourceful, Marsha is a hardworking professional who is committed to bringing clients the best results.
In her spare time Marsha is an active volunteer with the New York Women's Foundation, an organization which is committed to deepening awareness of diverse needs of women and girls throughout New York City. Marsha's other favorite pastime includes keeping her knowledge of trends in architecture and design current through books, magazines and industry-specific blogs.
