Extensive business trips to fashion capitals including Paris, Milan, London, Hong Kong, Tokyo and Seoul sealed her love for real estate and drew her focus to luxury markets.
Wendy specializes in townhouses in Brooklyn but happily works with clients no matter what their property preferences are. As a member of the Doug Bowen and Zia O'Hara Tam, she draws on her seasoned skills, strong experience, and deep market knowledge to help buyers and sellers close each transaction with success.
Wendy was born in Taiwan and raised in Texas. She lived in Manhattan for 30+ years before moving to Brooklyn, her current home, where she loves to explore different neighborhoods, design stores, and coffee shops. Wendy's unflagging energy outside of real estate goes towards raising her two sons and a sweet rescue dog.
