Mark has been a successful broker with Douglas Elliman over 15 years. Mark started his Business career in the Fashion Industry as a Sales Associate at Gloria Vanderbilt Jeans rising to President of Sales. Mark worked with leading Department Stores negotiating sales of millions of dollar's worth of merchandise each year. His extensive expertise dealing with Top Management enabled him to become expert at identifying needs and solving problems.
Mark Now devotes his time and talents to the Real Estate Business representing both buyers and sellers. Along with his partner he has achieved many gold and platinum awards for outstanding achievement in sales of coops and condominium apartments.
For Buyers, he will search for the ideal residence and work to match all the criteria including the neighborhood, size and price. For sellers, he will work to professionally market and sell a residence at the highest price to the most qualified purchaser.
Mark is also a member of the Real Estate Board of New York and the LA Sports Club and is also a scratch golfer.
