Michael is a native New Yorker who sees NYC and the world as his movie set. Michael's ability to maintain his position as one of the top producers in his downtown office and within the company month after month and year after year shows the tenacity and determination, he has to provide the best service possible. “I have a 100% referral business because people enjoy working with someone who tells them the truth and educates them to the NYC real estate market which is like no other in the world.” As a resident and owner in the Flatiron/Nomad district he can relate to the personal and practical details of buying and investing in New York City.
Throughout his many years of traveling the globe, Michael has developed a strong sense for other cultures as well as a strong network of friends and colleagues. He is fluent in Spanish and studied Italian for two years. Michael also specializes in finding apartments for international clients trying to navigate through the various neighborhoods and process of buying or renting in New York. “I love my role of guiding my clients through the major steps of establishing themselves in the global headquarters of business and pleasure.”
Michael's motto is: “The faces of New York are as diverse as the apartments in New York.” He has always had both a creative streak and a natural ability for business which has perfectly married into his business acumen. Upon graduating from School Of Visual Arts with a BFA, his career has taken him from being an art buyer, headhunter, translator and event planner before he discovered his passion for real estate.
Why does Michael enjoy real estate so much? “In New York, millions of people walk side by side as artists, financial movers and shakers as well as teachers and students who all want to star in their own version of a NYC love affair. I get to help them move uptown, downtown, East or West and settle into the city that never sleeps. In the city that never sleeps everyone needs that place they feel safe and secure. I love finding each person that place they are proud to call home.”
