Her main job responsibilities include overseeing transactions from fruition to close, ensuring all paperwork is submitted correctly and all deadlines are met in various areas of the buying and selling process, including co-op and condo board approvals, and assisting in day-to-day tasks for the team. As an integral part of the EA team, Lauren attains and preserves the extremely high success rate of board package submissions and approvals for buyers represented by ESPINAL ADLER Team.
Prior to entering residential real estate brokerage, Lauren was an Employee Benefits Consultant for March & McLennan, serving middle and large market employers. She worked with C-Suite executives to understand their needs and goals, and provided them with creative, informed solutions. All the while, her interpersonal and analytical skills were perfected, which helps her tremendously in her real estate practice.
