She's placed a particular emphasis on seeing new development properties all over Manhattan. From ground-up new construction to prewar conversions, she has toured many fabulous new buildings and knows the inventory well. One of her key areas of focus is recent empty-nesters in the surrounding suburbs looking to return to NYC.
