On arrival in New York he immediately made a study of Manhattan and Brooklyn, burning shoe leather to understand the city's amenities, public transportation, and lifestyle nuances on a block by block basis. Henry freely shares information gained through his reconnaissance and research to help his clients zero in on properties that match their needs.
Originally from Charleston, SC, Henry graduated from the College of Charleston with degrees in Political Science and Spanish. Being from the south, hospitality is in his blood. “Having worked in hospitality and having serviced the city's walk-ups all the way up to the finest brownstones, lofts, penthouses and mansions, I know the needs and expectations of property owners in New York.”
