A resident of Park Avenue himself, Nicholas is deeply passionate about local architecture and always informed about his surrounding community. Originally from Marlboro, NJ, Nicholas went to college at Seton Hall University, where he received a Bachelor's of Economics. He brings his background in finance to some of his other passions, including philanthropy and interior design. When not exploring NYC, he enjoys traveling - often to the beach.
