A Baltimore native, Margula graduated Cum Laude from Brooklyn College with a B.S. in Accounting. She worked as a New York State medical fraud auditor before managing her husband's photography studio for 26 years, honing her ability to serve diverse clients.
A proud Crown Heights resident for over 30 years, she and her husband have owned their Carroll Street brownstone since 1999. She welcomes international guests into her home year-round and has volunteered visiting Jewish inmates at Rikers Island. An avid runner, Margula recently completed the 26.2-mile Miami Marathon for charity.
