Thanks to her penchant for connecting with people, her superb communication skills, and proven abilities as a facilitator and problem solver, Lee-Ann has quickly ensconced herself in the NY real estate venue as somebody who puts her clients and their needs center stage. “It's all about them,” Lee-Ann says. Within a month of working in the industry, she had several sales exclusives under her belt.
Before her career in real estate, Lee-Ann had established herself as a New York-based consultant in the classical music world. For over a decade, she worked as an independent producer and tour manager for a wide range of artists including Yo-Yo Ma, the Vienna and the Berlin Philharmonics, and institutions such as Carnegie Hall.
Invaluable for her linguistic skills and her ability to negotiate multi-national contracts, Lee-Ann has toured extensively in four continents, executing productions all over the globe. She has traveled not only as a producer but also as an advocate for cross-cultural exchange; Lee-Ann has been on numerous cultural and educational missions to Central Asia sponsored by the US State Department. In recent years she has curated and organized cultural trips to Cuba.
Lee-Ann is deeply committed to her community where she is actively involved in promoting its development, as well as preserving its cultural legacy. This is the perspective she brings to the table, whether she's working with first-time buyers or overseas investors. Her extensive global experience and connections make her uniquely qualified to present sellers' properties to a wider audience; and buyers, both overseas and domestic, could not ask for a better guide than somebody who has traveled the world but, since 1992, has called New York City her home.
In her free time, Lee-Ann enjoys all kinds of music and concerts, salsa dancing, theater, international travel, and languages.
