Victoria Scully Ostrowski is a fourth generation New Yorker with extensive knowledge of the five phenomenal boroughs. Victoria grew up on the Upper East Side. She attended The Convent of the Sacred Heart and The Chapin School. She is an avid fundraiser for both renowned private schools. She has been lucky enough to work with families as an Education Consultant before she went into the real estate business. She even worked one summer at the Episcopal School, a well-known nursery school on the Upper East Side. Finding the right school, is an art form like finding an apartment, when you know, you know.
She attended the American University in our Nation's capital. She majored in International Relations with a concentration in the Middle East. Her dream was to live in the Middle East and she got it! She lived in Cairo and Amman for eight years. She worked for the President Bush (41) for a number of years. She ended up working in Genoa, Italy and her first big sale in New York was designed by renowned architect, Renzo Piano, who also happened to design the pavilion that she worked in 1992.
Victoria has held several positions in the financial world. She has worked to financially empower women at Salomon Smith Barney and was a Marketing Manager for a Consortium of Mines in South Africa. The world is truly her oyster. Her financial background has helped her be creative with finding ways to assist with financial statements for co-ops and condos. Her goal is to elevate and simplify the grueling process and make it as seamless as possible.
She moved to Cairo and lived as a pampered ex-pat. As a keen student of languages, she studied Arabic, the formal and the Egyptian dialect. Her love of people and cultures has been an asset to her ability to work well with everyone. Her strength is building relationships that last.
She returned to New York to share her love of New York with her children. Her daughter is now a junior at the Canterbury School in New Milford, CT. and her son is a third year at the University of Virginia, in Charlottesville, Virginia.
She is often found walking her cockalier, Rosie, in Central Park and around the Upper East Side as she and her husband are recent “bird launchers”. She has a great relationships with lawyers, mortgage brokers, and of course the brokerage community without which we would have no market. She cares deeply about our community, our neighbors and the environment. She has worked on local campaigns a testament to her love of the city. She is a generous listener and a citizen of the world.
