Jeffrey transitioned seamlessly to real estate after 25 years in institutional sales, trading and investment banking. Along with him, he brought market savvy and wealth of connections, but most importantly, an ability to educate and advise his clients, while bringing a genuinely human element to his work. He and his wife, a freelance creative art director, have owned and rented several apartments in different neighborhoods as gentrification started, from Midtown, their first purchase, to Carnegie Hill, their second, to Morningside Heights where they completed extensive gut-renovations. Jeffrey has tapped into the various changing neighborhoods throughout NYC and keeps abreast of the market conditions, helping him quickly identify a properties potential. Whether it is a co-op ,condo, loft, new development or townhouse, each property gets his undivided attention 24/7 until the deal is done.
Jeffrey received a BBA degree in Accounting from Baruch College. Besides his NY real estate license, he currently holds Series 7, 24 and 63 licenses as well. In his free time, Jeffrey enjoys tennis, golf, reading and travel, and is involved with the Gift of Life charity.
