Since 2011, Eric has refined his ability to navigate challenging deals with a focus and grace that is rare in the fast-paced and chaotic world of NYC real estate.
Through numerous market booms and busts, Eric has steered his clients along their best possible course and clear of the pitfalls that even the savviest New Yorker may encounter. He has helped buyers, sellers, and developers across several markets, including Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens. Having negotiated six transactions of his own, he has personal context from both sides of a deal and relates to the priorities and concerns of his clients. Working with Eric guarantees every advantage needed to succeed in a competitive market, and his clients frequently refer their friends and family.
With millions in sales and well over 100 transactions under his belt, Eric continues to receive distinguished awards year-after-year. Alongside these achievements, Eric prioritizes his wonderful family and various hobbies, including cycling, rock climbing, cooking, and gardening. His band, while retired, still has the occasional jam session.
