Anna DeLuca brings creative vision and communication skills that distinguish her from others in the residential real estate industry due to an extensive background in both high fashion design and public relations.
Upon graduation from the Parsons School of Design, Anna began her career as Creative Director for Michael Kors. From there, she became the Director of Public Relations at Donna Karan. Anna was a key part of a team that established Ms. Karan's personal foundation and worked with her on all philanthropic efforts. This led to Anna's own personal and professional involvement with the Breast Cancer Research Foundation, founded by Evelyn Lauder, a cause very near and dear to her heart.
Anna’s extensive experience in fundraising, press and event planning for Mrs. Lauder has provided her with an extensive network in New York City, and a strong skill in negotiating through complex situations. This has proven extremely effective in all her real estate endeavors, as she understands how to bring all parties together for successful completion of various types of transactions for her clients.
Anna has been part of the Douglas Elliman family for over 20 years and has used her negotiating experience and extensive relationships to focus on all New York City residential property types: co-ops, condos, new development and townhouses. Drawing on her creative background, Anna has a proven track record of matching her clientele with their selling or purchasing desires within an ever-changing market. Her strong insights into the emotional and financial complexities of each situation and a deep commitment to making each client’s vision a reality makes Anna highly regarded for her honesty, integrity, and confidentiality in representing her clients.
A lifetime New Yorker, who has resided in both Greenwich Village and the Upper East Side, it is easy for Anna to focus her energies on marketing and selling real estate in the city she loves.
