Edward specializes in residential sales and rentals, and has helped hundreds of clients buy, sell and rent throughout New York City. Edward spent several years as Managing Director of a boutique brokerage in Gramercy and SoHo before joining Douglas Elliman.
Commitment to superior customer service, skilled knowledge of the market, and first-rate communication have earned him the loyalty of many repeat clients. "I prefer to see myself as a real estate advisor, assisting my clients in making the best financial choice suiting their personal needs. I explain the buying/selling process, supply relevant market insight and data, properly prepare and navigate clients through each step, and effectively coordinate ‘air traffic control' between all the parties so that clients can make informed buying and selling decisions."
Prior to real estate, Edward spent 13 successful years in the music industry as founder and operator of a full-service entertainment company that included artist management, tour production, and artist branding and marketing, allowing him to travel and perform extensively throughout North America and Europe.
A native New Yorker, he loves all things New York City, particularly the diverse cultural elements and the rich music and art scenes. During his free time enjoys exploring the city with his wife Stockton and son Taylor. Edward holds a B.A. in Business Administration with concentrations in Art History and Music from Manhattanville College. Edward is a proud member of REBNY, speaks fluent Spanish, volunteers as a teacher for children's music workshops, and is an active writer-member of ASCAP.
