for real estate in 1978 when she was actively involved in converting her prewar rental to cooperative ownership.

Louise holds advanced degrees in Counseling Psychology which she practiced in her first career in the CUNY (City University of New York) system. She was able to easily integrate and translate her learned skills into positive client relationships when she switched gears to a career in real estate.
Louise “gives back”. She has been on Vice President of the Board of Directors of her cooperative for many years, volunteers at Housing Works, a non profit charity promoting AIDS research, and participates in many local fund raising events/organizations such as the Broadway Mall Association.
When not hard at work, Louise often can be found attending gallery and museum openings, art auctions to enhance her collection of contemporary art, working out at the gym, enjoying live music, meeting with her book club, playing mah jong and traveling. She recently went on a medical mission to Cuba which was a real eye opener.
