Before transitioning to real estate, Elan spent over a decade in the fashion industry. He began as an assistant buyer at Saks Fifth Avenue and later excelled on the wholesale side of a prominent fashion company. Through roles in design, merchandising, marketing, and sales, Elan developed a sharp business acumen, a refined sense of style, and an exceptional eye for potential—skills he now uses to help clients realize the possibilities of a space and maximize the appeal of their properties.
Elan possesses an intimate knowledge of Manhattan's diverse neighborhoods, with a special focus on the Upper West Side and Upper East Side, where he lived for nearly two decades. In 2020, he fulfilled a personal dream by purchasing his dream apartment on the iconic Washington Street in DUMBO, Brooklyn. He also cherishes time at his second home in Amagansett, embracing all that the Hamptons lifestyle offers.
